STORY

Roger and his wife Cheryl have spent the last 30 years devoted to perfecting the art of BBQ.  Carolina style pig roasts have been the culmination of Roger’s search for the ultimate BBQ technique.  Roger started his BBQ business at a roadside BBQ in Baldwin, Michigan known as Russell’s Ribs Carolina BBQ.  As time passed, Roger limited the scope of catering to onsite pig roasts and BBQ parties serving anywhere from 100 to 1000 individuals in West Michigan.  Today, our fully licensed mobile kitchen carries a full pig, BBQ chicken, Texas beef brisket and all the “fixings” to the venue of your choice.  We introduce your guest to authentic BBQ served buffet style with smoky baked beans, coleslaw, and New York salt potatoes.
